Tomorrow (5-27-26) you can grab some delicious fresh off the pit BBQ at the old Wickachee Restaurant in Calais.

There will be brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, beans, and mac n cheese.

Pre order options are baby back ribs (35$ per rack) and whole smoked chickens (40$ per bird).
Pre orders must be in by 8:00pm.

Hey Machias crowd! Tomorrow (5-7-26) you can get your BBQ fix and find us set up at the Machias Fitness parking lot on the corner of Court and Main Street.

Open at 12:00pm.

The only place in Washington County to find real traditional wood fired barbecue! Always fresh off the pit brisket, smoked wings, pulled pork, baby back ribs, beans, and mac!! We will have our garlic salt pepper and home made buffalo wing flavors tomorrow!

The East Coast BBQ trailer now has a semi permanent home for the time being. It will be parked in the old Wickachee Restaurant parking lot on Main St in Calais. There will soon be a BBQ pit on site. That means we can bring back those fresh off the pit wings, rib eyes, loaded potatoes, and all kinds of other good stuff 😋.

This weeks schedule will be:

Tuesday (4-7-26) open @ 12:00pm until sold out

Wednesday (4-8-26) open @ 12:00pm until sold out
