We’re taking preorders for smoked turkey, brown sugar glazed ham, homemade sides, Brunswick stew, and smoked pumpkin, apple, and pecan pies.

Feeding a crowd? Our holiday packages feed 4–6 for $129, 8–10 for $229, or 15–20 for $399. You can also order your favorites on their own—including a whole smoked turkey for $99.

Slow Smoke Bistro is headed to Craft Farms Harvest Fest 2026 this Sunday at the Forest Recreation Center!

Come spend the afternoon checking out local farms and vendors, enjoying the fall atmosphere, and grabbing some hot BBQ while you’re there. 🔥

We’ll be serving up favorites like pulled pork, pulled chicken, loaded BBQ spuds, Meaty Mac, Mexi-Q bowls, and our mild & spicy smoked sausages.
