The Steak & Frites is a sliced 12oz Certified Angus Beef® NY Strip, topped with au poivre sauce and served with house-cut potatoes twice-fried in beef tallow.

All of our cuts are Certified Angus Beef®, aged a minimum of 21 days, seasoned with our house seasoning blend, and finished with an herb butter.
