1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
For the Peach Cobbler Topping:
3 large peaches (peeled and sliced thin, or use 2 cups canned peaches, drained)
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
For the Icing Drizzle:
Icing from the cinnamon roll package or homemade glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Base:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Press the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of the pan to create an even crust. Slightly pinch the edges together to seal gaps.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven to cool slightly.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until fully incorporated.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the partially baked cinnamon roll crust and spread it evenly.
3. Prepare the Peach Cobbler Topping:

1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick), melted

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon table salt (optional – omit if using sea salt on top)

☑️Instructions:

1. Prepare your dish: Lightly butter an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Mix ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl (at least 2-quart capacity to prevent overflow), combine the melted butter, corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well to combine.

3. Microwave the mixture:

Microwave on high power for 6 minutes, stopping every 2 minutes to stir the mixture thoroughly (so stir at the 2-minute and 4-minute marks).

The mixture should bubble and thicken. Use caution – it will be very hot.

4. Check for doneness: After 6 minutes, the caramel should reach the soft-ball stage (around 240°F or 115°C). If you want firmer caramels, you can microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute, but watch carefully.

Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the chopped rhubarb and sugar. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the rhubarb to release its juices.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the rhubarb mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the rhubarb is soft and tender.
4. In a small bowl, dissolve the strawberry flavored gelatin mix in 1/4 cup of water.

• A little cooking oil 🛢️
• A frying pan (non-stick if you love yourself) 🍳

Instructions:
1. Find the egg 🥚
Open the fridge. If you see an egg – congrats! You’re already winning.
2. Crack the egg 💥
Gently tap it on the edge of the pan. Don’t smash it like you’re in a wrestling match.
3. Heat the pan 🔥
Add a little oil and let it warm up. Not too much – we’re frying, not deep-diving.
