Ask any chef, seriously ask them, and they’ll tell you the most important kitchen tool to invest in is a good knife. A chef’s knives are the equivalent to a runners shoes, they have to fit right and be reliable. You’re more likely to hurt yourself with a dull knife over a sharp one!
