Without further ado, let me introduce you to THE. COOKIE. The one and only:

Banana French Toast

Bananas, toasted brioche, it’s fudgy on the inside with a crunchy exterior. It’s topped with a dollop of buttery vanilla bean frosting and finished with a pipette of maple syrup.

*DISCLAIMER*
Of course this is after I make a statement about Samoa being my favorite! 😂 But in my defense, I hadn’t tasted my test cookie yet! These are neck and neck in my book.

Out of the bazillion cookies I’ve made, (ok maybe not a bazillion, but it seems like it!) this might be my ALL TIME favorite: Samoa

*sigh* 😍

I was a little heavy handed on the dark chocolate (which is also on the bottom!) and finished it with a light sprinkle of Maldon sea salt flakes.
