Happy Monday! Today We Introduce The Waffle Cristo!

A sweet cream waffle layered with Swiss cheese, ham and turkey, cut in half and served like a sandwich. Dusted with powdered sugar and topped with raspberry jam.

Did you know our Pearl Sugar Waffles, also known as Leige waffles, are actually a Yeasted Dough and not a Batter??

They are naturally more dense, slightly sweeter, and shaped by hand, so they don't always come out round, But We weigh out our dough so you're getting the same portion every time. Even if the shape is always slightly different.

The sugar pearls start to melt on the iron causing a carmelized effect. We think they compliment the chicken perfectly. But Our Strawberry topping is also pretty great.
