Welcome to “Pink Palm”

Designed as a vibrant Florida getaway for its New York–based owner, this Lakewood Ranch townhouse is a playful departure from the traditional Florida aesthetic. The full renovation embraces color, pattern, and personality, creating a home that feels collected, relaxed, and unapologetically fun.

Inspired by a bohemian-meets-Palm Beach sensibility, the interiors layer saturated corals, fresh greens, and playful pinks with an abundance of texture and bold wallpaper. Each space brings its own sense of character, while thoughtfully curated furnishings and unexpected details keep the home feeling sophisticated rather than overly themed.

Welcome to: Out Of The Blue

This complete home renovation transformed an outdated beach house into a vibrant, boutique-style retreat inspired by the relaxed sophistication of Siesta Key. Soft blues, warm natural materials, woven textures, statement wallpaper, and sculptural details create a fresh, playful take on coastal design. At the heart of the home, a 12-foot kitchen island anchors the open-concept living space, designed for gathering and entertaining. Thoughtful finishes, layered lighting, and curated details bring together a modern coastal aesthetic that feels both elevated and approachable.
