317 Cafe is hiring Baristas — Part-Time and Full-Time — and we're looking for friendly, dependable, enthusiastic people who love coffee and love people even more.
At the heart of this job is one thing: hospitality. Your mission is to make every guest feel at home from the moment they walk in the door — greeting them with a smile, remembering the regulars and their orders, and creating a warm, welcoming space.
What you'll do:
☕ Get trained to craft high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to our standards
☕ Run the register and help guests find their new favorite order
☕ Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
☕ Pitch in on opening/closing and daily side work
What we're looking for:
✔️ A positive attitude and a genuine love for people
✔️ Great communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced space
✔️ Willingness to learn and take direction
✔️ Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
✔️ Coffee shop or food service experience is a plus — but not required. We'll train the right person.
