Cima di rapa (Italian for Broccoli rabe)
Broccoli rabe sautéed with fresh garlic, extra-virgin Sicilian olive oil and peperoncino ( red pepper flakes) topped with sharp Provolone cheese, to be enjoyed it in a crusty Italian baguette.
Cup of soup a drink and a half of delicious sandwich.
Yummy 😋

Pasta e faggioli is a thick, comforting soup made with small pasta shapes ditalini and creamy white cannellini beans, baby fresh spinach in a tomato broth.
