DM us or text/call 828-320-9077 if you have any questions! Prices are on the menu and watch for the $1 upcharge on a few meals due to increased grocery cost. 🫶

Notes:
1. Average protein size is around 4oz. Double protein is an extra $3. You may ask about 'a la carte' protein options to meet your macro needs.
2. Double side is an extra $1.50.
3. Pre-orders for the upcoming week is due by Friday at 9AM. It is best to order ahead for the whole month to make things easier on both ends. If needed, set an alarm on your phone every Thursday evening or Friday morning to remind you to send your pre-order in.
4. You do not have to pay ahead for the whole month unless you want to. Paying weekly on delivery day is just fine. PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON DELIVERY. I charge TAX (7%)! I accept cash, check, Zelle, & Venmo. The prices are listed on the menu.
5. MINIMUM OF 4 MEALS per order REQUIRED. You don't have to order every single week. I just request you to order 4 meals at a time.
6. For Lincolnton clients, meals will be dropped off at Ironside Fitness on Mondays at 5PM. Their business hours are Mon-Fri from 7AM to 8PM for you to pick your meals up at your own convenience.
7. For Hickory clients, meals will be dropped off at Hickory Fitness on Mondays at 5:30PM. Their lobby is open Mon-Fri from 5AM to 8PM for you to pick your meals up as soon as you're able.
8. For TK's private clients, meals will be dropped off at TK Training & Wellness on Mondays at 6PM. Pick up accordingly per TK's schedule.
9. Please do reach out to me if you would like to modify your orders. I'll do my best to work with you.
10. I can take on new clients! If you know of anyone interested, let them know!
11. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. 💛 Love you all! 🫶

Happy Labor Day, y'all. I SO apologize I have not posted the menu for September. Most of you knew we were closed for Labor Day, but there were some that didn't. Again, so sorry!

It's been crazy busy moving into a new house. We've not had hot water in four days, but the new water heater is currently being installed right now. 🙌 Fresh paint smell everywhere and an overwhelming amount of upacking/organizing to do. 📦 It's a good chaos, and I'm so thankful!

I plan to post the menu for the rest of September Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you so much for your patience. 🫶
