When you place an order with us, we're purchasing ingredients, preparing food, packaging meals, and setting aside time specifically for your family. When an order goes unclaimed, that's a pretty big financial hit for a small business like ours.

We absolutely understand that life happens! Plans change, emergencies come up, and sometimes things just don't go as expected. We will always do our best to be understanding and work with you.

But there's a big difference between something coming up and simply not communicating. A quick message goes a long way, and we genuinely appreciate that consideration.

We're not a big restaurant with food sitting around waiting to be sold. Every meal is made because someone ordered it, and every unclaimed order represents real time, money, and ingredients.

🍽️ A Little Pilot Hill Update 🤎

There will be no weekly meal pickup this week!

This meal program has grown into an even bigger blessing than we anticipated, and we are so thankful for every order, share, message, and person who continues to support us!

We’re taking this week away from the regular meal pickup to work on some of the behind-the-scenes things that come with growing—planning, organizing, getting ahead, and making sure we can continue serving you well.

We’re also preparing for the holiday season! 🦃🎄 We’ll be working on our holiday catering menus for family gatherings, parties, church events, work celebrations, and more. We’re excited to share those with you soon!
