Happy Saturday, everyone!

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to create this adorable smash cake, along with a larger cake for the guests, to celebrate a very special first birthday!

I feel incredibly fortunate that this family has trusted me with their cakes for several years—from birthdays, bridal and wedding showers, and a baby reveal to now celebrating their little one’s first birthday. Thank you to the R & Z families for continuing to trust me with your special occasions!

🍋 Lemon cake
💕 Raspberry filling
🤍 Vanilla buttercream
💜 Dairy free

Large cake is 9”, four layers and smash cake is 4”, 3 layers.

The smash cake was made with the same lemon cake and vanilla buttercream, just without the raspberry filling.

How about all the various strawberry cakes!?!?!So many options 🍓 .
Variations of: Strawberry cake, strawberry buttercream, vanilla buttercream, chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream, a take on “neopolitan” layered cake, some with chocolate ganache, some with chocolate dipped berries, strawberry cake cups, white cake / strawberry shooters.

Happy Saturday, everyone!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend.

Sharing a wedding cake I delivered today. The cake topper was added later at the venue.

This cake features almond cake layers with vanilla buttercream, decorated in a classic Lambeth-style design with intricate piping.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your special day!

I couldn’t let the day go by without acknowledging National Pi Day!

While the original National Pi Day was intended for the mathematical constant pi, abbreviated as 3.14, we also like to also use it for celebrating pie! Haha
So with that, Happy National Pi (Pie) day!
Hopefully you had a minute to enjoy a big slice today!

Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream filling, covered in vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache drip and then decorated in leopard print spots, made of dark chocolate and peanut butter candy melts.
