Ever wondered how coffee can be made on hot sand? ☕️

It’s an old traditional method that’s all about slow, even heat. The sand surrounds the cezve (the small coffee pot) on all sides, gently cooking the coffee so it never burns and extracts maximum flavor.

The secret? Sand holds heat really well and spreads it evenly, so every cup gets that signature thick, velvety foam on top. By adjusting the cezve’s position in the sand, you can fine-tune the brew and the foam. The result is a smooth, bold, aromatic cup, as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. 😍

it’s my favorite way to slow down for a few minutes and it’s always mesmerizing to watch. Come see it live, sip it slow, and experience a little sand magic in every cup! 😎
