**Update on the hood fans**
As you all know the kitchen hasn't been operational to its fullest capabilities. Last week we sent off the approval to the company to fix the hood fans. I spoke with them yesterday and it's looking like the equipment won't be in until the middle of next week. Once they receive it we are first priority on their schedule.
