Hello everyone! 🖤✨
I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself and share a little about the heart behind Moss & Meringue.
My name is Kayla, and I'm the baker, creator, and dreamer behind every loaf of bread, cinnamon roll, jar of jam, and sweet treat that comes out of my kitchen. What started as a love for baking has grown into something so much bigger. A dream, a purpose, and hopefully one day, a place where people can gather, connect, and feel at home.
Moss & Meringue was created from my love of wholesome food, cozy spaces, and sharing comfort with others. Every recipe I make is crafted with care because food has always been one of the ways I show love.
My ultimate goal is to open a Moss & Meringue café. A warm, welcoming place where you can enjoy fresh breads, pastries, homemade jams, and yes, actual meals too! ☕🍞✨ A place filled with good food, kindness, and community.
But I want it to be more than just a café.
I want Moss & Meringue to become a place that gives back. Supporting veterans, helping those experiencing homelessness, and raising awareness and donations for Alzheimer's disease are causes that are deeply personal to me. Each of these has touched my life in one way or another, and I hope that as this little business grows, it can help make a difference in the lives of others as well.
Right now, every order, every share, every kind word, and every market visit helps move me one step closer to that dream. Thank you for being here and supporting Moss & Meringue. I am so grateful for every single one of you.
