This year, our talented chefs took ingredients from incredible farms and turned them into something truly special for our guests. It was a HOT day, a long weekend, and there were so many moving pieces, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park!

April brings her love of food and community to everything she serves, from hand-dipped chocolates to homestyle breakfast and lunch.

A Lebanon local for more than 20 years, Shawn is an award-winning outdoor cook known for smoked meats and bold, flavorful sauces and spices.

Darlene brings Caribbean flavors and Southern tradition together at her Nashville restaurant, serving food with plenty of warmth and heart.

After years as an executive pastry chef in Tampa, Kelly brought her passion for art and pastry to Lebanon, creating beautiful pastries, custom cakes and more.

Lebanon’s bean-to-bar chocolatiers, Eric & Cassandra create handcrafted chocolates, desserts and creative café dishes.

A special thank you to Shawn and April for being onsite most of the day and helping run food service, and to 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and our amazing team of servers for coordinating dinner service and keeping everything moving!

This Sunday we celebrate ten years of Farm to Table. Ten years of community.

As we get closer to this year’s sold out dinner, we’re taking a moment to recognize the incredible people who make this event possible year after year.

We are so grateful to the chefs, farms, sponsors, and local partners who come together to create an evening that celebrates the very best of our community. Their time, talent, generosity, and support are what make Farm to Table so special.

It’s been a while since I’ve been on here, as I’ve been busy with my new baby, but I promise to post more and share with y’all all that’s been going on with the Nashville location.

I’m sharing this article not to get negative reactions from the public, but rather to encourage you to support those small restaurants in our town that work hard to provide good, fresh food to this community. It’s hard to run a restaurant, on top of keeping a good health inspection record. Speaking from experience, we at IBB have never had a score below a 98.

Go support those restaurants that look after your health—health is wealth. Keep them open!
