The Fluttering Whisk Specialty Cakes & Baked Goods Welcome to The Bakery. My name is Angela L. Tuttle-Renfrow and I'm a home based, hobby baker and artist.

I've actually been drawing since I can remember, however have always enjoyed baking and sharing my recipes with others. I have been expanding my creations and techniques and love being able to create something artistic, however able to satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time.
