as featured in this month’s Las Vegas Magazine, j.r.’s story is just as iconic as the cocktails he creates.

from busser to lead bartender, j.r. has called the venetian home since 2008. today, 90% of our cocktail menu is his creation, helping shape the cocktail experience guests know and love at sugarcane.
