Such an honor to be a part of celebrating the life of Eddie Giles. 🤍
Marsha is one of my closest and dearest friends, much more like family, so being trusted with a small part of such an important day meant more than I can say.
Starting Sip & Savor Social from scratch, with a charcuterie cart and an idea, has been work. Real work. So many lessons. Quite a few missteps. A whole lot of learning. And I’ve only just gotten started.
But this? Right here?
Watching people come together around something I created in the moment. Hearing the conversations begin as they explore the table. Helping loved ones gather and celebrate the moments in life that actually matter.
This is the part that keeps me going.
So far, I’ve left every event with hugs, love and, sometimes, bittersweet tears. That sense of purpose fuels my fire to keep going. Keep adapting. Keep creating. Keep the faith. Stay disciplined. Stay aware. And not give up when building something new feels scary.
When I say “no two parties alike,” I mean it.
My goal is to create each experience around the people I’m serving, not simply provide the food. I want to understand the room, the occasion and the feeling we’re trying to create, and then help bring it to life.
Sometimes that means I blur the lines a little. I’ve been a photographer. A business promoter. A delivery service. An emergency florist. 😂 I notice what needs doing, and if I can help, I do.
It’s just who I am.
So if you have a celebration, professional event, or simply a really fun house party and you want some creative, supportive help making it feel like yours, message me. Call me.
Let me see how I can be of service.✨
