We're getting ready for another slow smoked Saturday in the food trailer. Holiday weekends are usually a roll of the dice, but we'll still be cooking plenty of bbq and we'll be open 11-3 or until sold out. We hope to see you there!

We'll have a couple different sausages this week, the first is a grilled poblano and corn brisket and pork link with mozzarella, the other is an all pork link with buffalo sauce and blue cheese.

We just added a limited number of preorders for this Saturday for the holiday weekend, we'll leave the ordering open until Thursday morning. We're keeping it simple this time by only doing half and full pork shoulders, full briskets, racks of ribs, sausages, and cornbread. Let us know if you have any issues while ordering, hopefully we worked out the kinks.

Here are a few food photos that our wonderful friend (the same one that took the ones of our opening) captured at our anniversary party.

We've been increasing how much food we make each week and you all keep showing up and selling us out just before 3pm. We are so grateful for all the support we have received in the short time we've been in our food trailer.

If anyone is interested in pre-ordering whole cuts of meat for pickup on Saturdays, message us 3-4 days in advance. Briskets are usually 5-6lbs and half pork shoulders are about 2.5lbs each.

We're back at it this Saturday from 11-3 or until sold out, we look forward to seeing you there!!

Our hearts and stomachs are (still) full after a weekend with friends, family, and lots of bbq. After slicing and serving our guests, we sat down with a tray for ourselves. We didn't stop at just wagyu brisket, we also cooked a few Angus briskets, pulled pork, beef ribs, pork spare ribs, chicken thighs, 4 kinds of sausage, smoked shrimp, smoked veggies, and a few sides in addition to all the ones our guests brought.

We'll be back in the trailer this Saturday, now serving from 11-3 or until sold out. We're planning on cooking a bit extra with the week rest that your stomachs got and for the new arrivals to the Ithaca area. We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.

Happy 10 year anniversary to us! We've spent 8 of those years slinging bbq, and the rest traveling Europe, climbing mountains, hiking trails, traveling for bbq, watching the bills, brewery hopping, training dogs, renovating 75% of a 150+ year old house, and generally squeezing everything we can out of this crazy little adventure. Here's to the next 10!

Just a reminder that we are closed this Saturday the 15th. We'll be back at it on the 22nd with our tweaked hours, we'll be serving from 11-3 or until sold out for the remainder of the summer.

Give your bellies a rest this week and they'll be extra ready for BBQ next week!

A few photos of trays and meat that we've been cooking the past two weeks. We're getting things further dialed in each week and learning what works best for our new schedule.

The second tray highlights a new side we've been making and that we have fallen in love with, a caprese pasta salad. Bowtie pasta, a basil dressing, cherry tomatoes from our friends at Plowbreak Farm, shaved parmesan and asiago, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and a balsamic drizzle.

A friendly reminder that we are Open this Saturday, the 8th, and CLOSED next Saturday the 15th, we are celebrating our 10th anniversary, we're still cooking, but for friends and family. No party crashers, even though we probably wouldn't turn you away.

We've been busy this week celebrating a certain lady's birthday, cleaning smokers, making sausage and bbq sauce, building a new sign for the road, replying to catering requests, and getting ready for another slow smoked Saturday.
