Tonight’s roast lineup is all about freshness. We just completed a fresh batch of our Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Dark Roast, bringing out rich notes of dark chocolate, baker’s cocoa, and a smooth, syrupy body that makes for an exceptional morning cup.

We’re also roasting more of our June Java Joe Roast of the Month, the Organic Mexico Chiapas. This customer favorite delivers a balanced profile with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and a naturally sweet finish.

To close out the night, we’re roasting both Medium and Dark Organic Mexico Chiapas Decaf, naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process.
