429 DRINKS. ONE DAY. A NEW CHEETAH RECORD!!

WOW. Just WOW!!

Yesterday, on a chilly, dreary Sunday at the soccer fields, Cheetah Coffee Co. hit a HUGE milestone — 429 drinks served in a single day! Our biggest day EVER!

To every soccer parent who stopped by to warm up with a latte, every coach who grabbed a coffee between games, every player who treated themselves to a hot chocolate, and every family who came back for round two (or three 😉) — THANK YOU!

Days like today remind us why we started Cheetah. It’s never been just about the coffee. It’s about the experience, the conversations, the familiar faces, and becoming a little part of your weekend routine.

A HUGE shoutout to Kiara Kiara ! ❤️

Behind a day like today is a whole lot of hustle, teamwork, and attention to detail. Kiara is one of those rare people who just GETS IT. She jumps right in, anticipates what needs to happen next, notices the little things before they become big things, and cares about the customer experience as much as we do. From keeping us stocked to making sure no customer is left waiting, she’s always thinking one step ahead.

Kiara, we’re so grateful to have you on this journey with us. We see everything you do, and we appreciate you more than you know!

429 drinks.
Countless smiles.
One very grateful little coffee business. 🐆❤️

Thank you for helping us grow!

☕ Coffee is an experience.

The side of owning a coffee business nobody posts about.

Today is a paperwork day.

Licenses. Permits. Certificates. Insurance binders. Applications. Renewals. Emails. Regulations. All the things that aren’t nearly as fun to photograph as pouring a beautiful latte out of a vintage coffee trailer.

When I started Cheetah, this part used to scare me. I’d see another form, another requirement, another town asking for something different and immediately feel overwhelmed.

Now? I see it differently.

This is the work that makes us legitimate.
This is the work that protects the business we’re building.
And honestly, this is part of what separates us.

We’re willing to make the phone calls. Ask the questions. Fill out the forms. Get the right insurance. Meet the requirements. Learn the rules. And do the hard, boring, behind-the-scenes things correctly—even when nobody is watching.

Because the dream isn’t just serving great coffee.

It’s building Cheetah Coffee Co. into something that lasts.

So today, the coffee might be sitting next to a giant pile of paperwork…but every box checked is another step toward the next chapter of Cheetah. 🐆☕️

Do the hard things. Build it right. Keep going.

The more we learn about coffee, the more we appreciate everything that goes into every cup.

It starts long before we turn on the espresso machine—with a seed, a coffee plant, and the people who care for it. Where it grows, the climate, and how the coffee cherries are harvested and processed all help shape the flavors we taste.

Then comes roasting, bringing out each coffee’s character.

And finally, it’s our turn: finding the right grind, dialing in the espresso, and getting the milk texture just right.

So many hands, decisions, and details go into something we get to enjoy every day.

That’s why continuing to learn matters to us. Understanding the journey from seed to cup helps us make more thoughtful choices, serve more consistent coffee, and share a little of that appreciation with you.

We love the classes, the questions, the practice, and those moments when a small adjustment makes a difference you can taste.

There’s always more to learn—and that’s part of what makes this work so rewarding.

Coffee is an experience and a science.
