Fall has arrived at Lancaster Craft Spirits, and there’s something new to sip on.

Our new fall cocktail menu is officially here, featuring seasonal flavors and thoughtfully crafted recipes. We’re also introducing spirit flights, giving you the chance to explore our spirits and find a new favorite.

Behind the bar, Emily puts so much heart, creativity, and care into every cocktail she creates. From developing each recipe to finding the right balance of flavors, the work she puts into our menu makes every drink feel intentional and uniquely ours.

This fall’s ultimate coffee cocktail: Imperial Spiced Coffee. Whether you need a cozy, steaming mug to warm up or an ice-cold, refreshing pour over ice, this drink brings high-end flavor with zero fuss. It’s so easy, yet so delicious!
The Recipe:
1 ½ oz Lancaster Baked Pumpkin Wh***ey
1 oz Imperial Jo Espresso Liqueur (2025 NY Intl Spirits Comp 95-pt Gold Winner!)
1 oz Half & Half
3 oz Espresso (coffee or cold brew may be substituted)

Combine spirits, fresh coffee, cream and serve Hot or Cold: Serve hot in your favorite mug, or shake over ice and strain to serve chilled. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Finished in our Let’s Do Brunch Stout casks and bottled at 100 proof, this bourbon packs bold coffee, cocoa, spiced vanilla and lingering maple sweetness into every pour.
