this weekend, I’m bringing 5 different flavors for an assorted roll drop! If you had the Valentines day roll box (those were GOOD) i promise ya, these are 10000000000 times better! I have finally found what I want in a roll from all aspects lol the past two weeks I’ve had it in the boxes, and the response has been so good! There’s only a couple of boxes left so make sure you grab your weekend treats!

another weekend box! I saw so many new faces this week and I just want y’all to know how grateful I am for every single one of you🥹 I pour my whole heart into every single box, from designing the weekly menus, r&d, to making each and every component throughout the week, all the admin tasks…. I can go on and on lol it’s a lot. BUT to have something I have made with my hands grace your table, give your family something to look forward to (not me about to cry typing this🫪)…. “Without rival” is the translation of this Filipino dessert. Honestly, i get it. I agree😂 basically it’s 4 layers of dacquoise cake BUT with cashews. Its crunchy, soft, and just so freaking good. I made my own pistachio paste and layered that with some French buttercream.

Vietnamese coffee brownie tiramisuuuuuu! Vietnamese coffee brownies with black cocoa, a condensed milk layer, ladyfingers (i made em!) soaked in robusta espresso, mascarpone cream, and Dutch cocoa!

weekend menu is HERE and I am so excited about this one!!!

This week we’ve got: ube flan donuts, milk tea + biscoff rolls, banana miso cookies with cream cookies, Vietnamese coffee brownie tiramisu, and pistachio sans rival.

I’ve been wanting to bring the sans rival back for a while and this pistachio version might be one of my favorites yet. I think it’s really funny bec the name translates to “no rival” and i think its right😂 it’s so unique and the texture is CRAZY! Smooth, crunchy, all the things

PANADERYA WEDNESDAY!!!!! Another week of breaaad! ໒꒰ྀིᵔ ᵕ ᵔ ꒱ྀི১ a panaderya was a neighborhood staple. Still is. Your neighborhood bakery, where you’d stop by for bread and treats!! Every neighborhood usually had their own panaderya and I.MISS.IT.SOSOSOSOSO.MUCH! But now every Wednesday I get to live out my panaderya dreams (yay!).

Welcome to my very first Panaderya Wednesday !! I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, and I’m so excited to finally make it happen! My weekend drops will still be all about variety, but Wednesdays are going to be dedicated to fresh bread. It gives me a chance to make some of my favorite yeast babies and hopefully gives y’all something to look forward to in the middle of the week!!
A huge thank you to Kpop Co-op for letting me use their shop as a pickup location and for giving Butter Half a home there each week. I’m so grateful for their support, and I’m excited to make pickups a little easier for everyone while I drop off their weekly cookie restock!!
Pickup is Wednesday, August 5:
• Kpop Co-op: 4:00–7:00 PM
•Porch Pickup (Ladson):4:30–7:00 PM
Everything is available by preorder only and baked fresh in small batches. Once I’m sold out, it’s gone!
I really hope this becomes a fun weekly tradition, and I can’t wait for y’all to try this week’s bread lineup!
