Party planning is stressful, we strive to take that stress away from you as much as possible:

We take care of:
-electric (we are self-sufficient with a generator)
-drinking ice (no need to lug/store ice)
-all non-alcoholic mixers (sodas, juices, etc.)
-cups, straws, napkins, stirrers
-hydration station (no need to carry cases of soda/water and chill it-we have it covered)
-perk me up- we’ll bring the coffee so your guests continue to dance all night long!
-kegerator-beer on draft? it tastes the best, so yes please!
-general & liquor liability insurances-because, well, America.

POV: You swear for the 1000th time that you’ll film quality content during this event…but the saxophones are getting louder- literally this time.

175 guests followed the saxophonist from the ceremony straight to our satellite bar for cocktail hour & no content was filmed thereafter, 😂.

The Roberts and their guests kept a line at the bar all. night. long! We served Mixed Berry Moscow Mule Mocktails (and quite a few guests added shots of vodka, gin, and tequila throughout the night), Caramel Espresso Martinis, Whiskey Gingers, Something Blue Sangrias, and Madagascar Vanilla & Italian Hazelnut Iced coffees + several “surprise me” cocktails, from two locations! Not a soul wanted to leave that dance floor at the end of the evening-a true testament to the loved ones thoroughly enjoying and supporting the newlyweds!

BIG REVEAL: It’s a satellite bar! ✨

Swipe to see all of the possible setups (the snowcapped mountains might be wishful thinking) for our new portable bar—> plus to see my assistant displeased with our flower gathering. 🌼

The satellite bar enables me, Alex, to travel solo for smaller events, serve at indoor events, in intimate spaces, etc., but also enables us to provide a secondary bar set up with additional bartenders at large events too!

Stay tuned for the reverse set up of our new bar that you’ll be able to use as a self-serve cocktail/mocktail station at your next special event. 🩷

Pro tip: if you’re starting a mobile bar business but don’t know how to back up your trailer, can’t possibly lift a keg into the trailer, aren’t able to carry the generator, & can’t lug around 500 pounds of ice for events, you can literally just hire your husband for free! (And while he’s there to do the heavy lifting he can learn how to bartend too)!

Sloanie here on behalf of my mama! I know I’m the reason my mom can’t party with you all as much as she used to, but we (by we I mean my dad) have been working on something fun all weekend!

A classic espresso martini, sure. But a carrot cake, red velvet, strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, toasted coconut, bananas foster, birthday cake, dark chocolate & cherry, lavender cream puff, or peanut butter one sounds a lot more like living to my full potential. ☕️

We have a front row seat at every wedding, bridal shower, birthday party, celebration of life, etc., & we get to make new friends, watch love be expressed in its fullest form, and watch you all sip in the most carefree way. We are so thankful for those of you who chose us to celebrate your big days alongside you.

Here’s to the 2026 season, may it be as fun, light, and beautiful as the past 3 years. 🫶🏼
