Knoxville, we just want to say THANK YOU. ❤️🚂
Y’all have been showing us so much love, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We also want to be real with you for a minute:
We are not a big chain.
We’re a true mom-and-pop, built from the ground up by local folks who care deeply about this community. That means:
• We don’t have corporate-level staffing.
• We don’t have pre-made, heat-lamp food.
• We cook everything fresh and to order — which takes a little longer.
• And no amount of prep in the world can prepare a tiny scratch kitchen for 20+ people walking in simultaneously like they’re reenacting a flash mob. 😂
We’re growing, learning, improving, and tightening things up every single day. We’re committed to getting faster while keeping the quality that makes this place what it is.
We love you, Knoxville. Thank you for riding with us through the bumps, chaos, and weekend brunch madness. We promise to keep leveling up and serving you the best damn brunch munchin’ we can.
And lastly… a note to the guest who walked in right after two huge parties were seated, saw the entire situation with their own eyes, then decided to go full diva, demand instant food, and threaten the staff because they were “in a hurry”:
Please, genuinely — find another spot next time.
Our team deserves better than being treated like that.
We’re here to serve great food, not survive adult temper tantrums.
Knoxville, thank you for being the best part of this crazy ride. We love y’all. 🧇🔥❤️
