Gonna miss this ol’ girl but so happy she’s staying in the local food truck family. If you’re missing some Uncle P’s check out GrillBilly Smoke. We think you’ll get your bbq fix with them. And keep an eye out for some uncle p/grillbilly colabs sometime in the future.

We are at Lowe’s in Morristown today from 11-8 or sell out. It’s gonna be rainy today but you might as well RISK IT FOR THE BRISKET (or ribs or chicken or pulled pork) 😆

Just a reminder: as a courtesy to the customers at the window and to keep the line moving, lunch is first come first serve and we will not be taking phone orders during the lunch hour. Thanks for understanding.

If anyone is wanting to buy by the pound we will be selling it after 6 depending on availability.

Alright y’all this Friday is your last chance to get your hands on some Uncle P’s. We will be at Lowe’s in Morristown starting at 11. We are coming with a ton of food so that if you miss us at lunch you will most likely be able to catch us for supper.

FYI we will not be answering the phone during the lunch rush for call in orders. We have had a line for a solid 3 hours the last two weeks so it is first come first serve. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We appreciate all of you and the support you have given us through this venture. We wouldn’t have been successful without each and every one of you. 💛

We are at Lowe’s in Morristown today(10/22) 11-3 then at 1907 Brewing Company from 4:30-close.

Sides for lunch are macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, collard greens, baked beans and potato salad

Sides for dinner at the brewery are coleslaw, collard greens, baked beans, potato salad and cheesy potatoes with rib meat. We will also have regular and boozy banana pudding.

Catch us while you can because this Friday and next Friday are our last 2 days that we will be open to the public.

We are at Petsense in Morristown today (10/21) starting at 11 until 3 or sell out. Sides are sweet potatoes with pecan crumble topping, coleslaw, collard greens, baked beans, potato salad. We also have brisket chili today.
