It’s BBQ time!!! ❤️🔥🐖💨 Opossum Hollow Farm

Alright y'all, it's finally time for our BBQ delivery. Delivery date will be Monday (2/13). As most of you know we only offer BBQ a few times a year. If you've never tried it, don't sleep on this one! Our hickory smoked pulled pork is available in three sizes. Savannah's tangy BBQ sauce and all four of our country sides are also available. With almost 30 hours of prep ahead of us, the shop will close Friday evening at 8pm. We can only produce a limited amount of hickory smoked pulled pork so get those orders in! Hey friends! We will be doing another Tri-Cities delivery on Monday (1/30). With the cold weather we have decided to offer lots of soup varieties, including 3 that were not on last weeks menu. We are also working on jam this week so we have a few varieties available with more to come next week. As always please place all orders on our online shop. Orders will cut off Saturday night at 8pm. Tri-Cities really showed up for our first delivery back at it. Pictured here is 24 of the 36 pounds of chicken going into the oven just for our chicken salads. This will be followed by another 22 pounds of chicken for the poppyseed chicken casseroles! It’s going to be a long evening at the kitchen and we can’t wait to get out tomorrow morning and begin our deliveries!

Hey friends!!! Opossum Hollow Farm is back to doing our weekly Tri-Cities deliveries! Our scheduled delivery date is Monday January 23. The online store will close this Saturday night at 8pm. We have missed y'all and can't wait to get back to it. For our first delivery back we are offering 3 casseroles, 6 soups, all 3 chicken salad varieties, plus pimento cheese. We are also reformulating most of our casserole recipes, which means more meat, cheese, sauce, and seasoning! Going forward casseroles will be delivered very cold but not frozen. This means a higher quality product for you and your family (although they still freeze well if you decide to do so). As always please place all orders through our online store. Ok guys - Time for a tough announcement. After some serious thought and consideration, we have had to make the hard decision to part ways with Riverside Taphouse at South Fork. Sometimes it’s hard with two brands having different visions under the same roof. Our menu items will still be available through this weekend while they take time to create their own unique menu. We wish them the best in their future endeavors, and we’re sure their new menu will be great!

Opossum Hollow Handhelds will be back in food truck form hopefully by summer! Logistically this makes more sense for our brand, and most importantly our family. In the mean time our signature items like our chicken salads and pimento cheese will be available through our weekly delivery service. Plus all of our delicious soups! If you haven’t already, head over to Opossum Hollow Farm and give our page a follow. We post updates there about our weekly menu and special delivery items, like our BBQ which will be making an appearance this month! All jams and our cowboy candy will soon be back in stock and on the delivery menu as well!!! We love y’all, we can’t wait to be delivering to you again, and thank you for your support! ❤️
