✨🇫🇷 Introducing the newest little dream coming out of this gluten-free kitchen… CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS! 🥐🍫
After lots of mixing, folding, rolling, baking, and a whole lot of love (because gluten-free pastry does not like to make life easy 😅), these flaky, buttery, chocolate-filled beauties have officially joined the menu!
Now, we need to address something… the French may call them pain au chocolat and that’s lovely. Très fancy. Very Paris. 🇫🇷✨
But here in the South? We don’t have time for pastry identity crises. 😂 Around here, if it’s flaky, golden, and hiding chocolate inside… it’s a CHOCOLATE CROISSANT. Period. Bless it.
