✨🇫🇷 Introducing the newest little dream coming out of this gluten-free kitchen… CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS! 🥐🍫

After lots of mixing, folding, rolling, baking, and a whole lot of love (because gluten-free pastry does not like to make life easy 😅), these flaky, buttery, chocolate-filled beauties have officially joined the menu!

Now, we need to address something… the French may call them pain au chocolat and that’s lovely. Très fancy. Very Paris. 🇫🇷✨

But here in the South? We don’t have time for pastry identity crises. 😂 Around here, if it’s flaky, golden, and hiding chocolate inside… it’s a CHOCOLATE CROISSANT. Period. Bless it.

Croissant Availability | April 27 – May 2 🥐

Here are my pick-up windows for the week! These times reflect when I’m available, but if you need a small adjustment, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Spots are first come, first served, so be sure to DM me to reserve your pick-up time!

Pick-Up Times:

Tuesday, April 28: 6 - 7:30 PM
Wednesday, April 29: 4–6 PM
Thursday, April 30: 4–6 PM
Friday, May 1: 5–7 PM

Please note that croissants take about two days to prepare, so they won’t be available early in the morning.

Planning for an Event?
If you’re hoping to order croissants for a special event, I recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks in advance (timing may vary depending on quantity). Send me a DM and we can chat through the details!

A Few Helpful Notes:

- Croissants freeze beautifully for up to one month
- I’ll include simple instructions for freezing and reheating so you can enjoy them at their best

Hello Knoxville Gluten-Free Friends,
I’m thrilled to see how well the croissants have been received! Thank you for your continued orders. As long as there is demand, I’ll keep making croissants along with my other baked goods.

I will post a weekly baking schedule every Sunday afternoon. Due to limited availability each week, I recommend messaging me as soon as possible to reserve your order on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the current croissant pricing will end on April 30th. Starting May 1st, croissants will be $21 per 6 or $42 per dozen.

People often ask why I don’t offer more gluten-free options.

The truth is, I keep my menu intentionally limited on purpose.

Instead of spreading myself thin across dozens of items, I focus on classics I can truly perfect — buttery croissants, cinnamon rolls, brioche, Parker House rolls, biscuits, pound cake, muffins and a few other favorites.

That focus lets me pour everything I have into every single batch, so each one comes out with that perfect texture and flavor you’ll keep coming back for.

Less on the menu… but way more deliciousness in every bite.
