Ingredients: flat rice noodle 500 ml. Vegetable 500ml. ( if meat and vegetable 250 ml. each ) water 350 ml. Garlic 1 tbsp. Palm sugar 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp. Seasoning soy sauce 1 tbsp ( if use only oyster sauce 2 tbsp. ) cornstarch 2 tbsp. water to mix 2 tbsp. Soy bean paste 1 tsb. ( optional ) Lime juice 1 tsb.
