Nothing beats a sweet celebration for our local medical heroes!

We loved celebrating the amazing radiology staff for Nurses Week. We brought along custom blue, pink, and teal sprinkles to match the new hospital colors, and the whole team joined in on the fun!💙🩷🩵

It is so wonderful to see such a dedicated group take a moment to celebrate one another. Thank you for all the incredible work you do for our community’s kids! Y’all are the real sprinkles on top! 🎉

Weekend Recap: Outlandish Adventure Fest 🌲🍪🚲

What a wild and wonderful weekend! We had the absolute best time soaking up the sun and the adventurous spirit at Ijams Nature Center and The Quarry.

South Knoxville truly has a vibe like nowhere else—thank you to everyone who stopped by to grab a treat and share in the fun. Seeing the community come together for a weekend of outdoor vibes and local love is what it’s all about.

The competition was fierce, but the school spirit was even sweeter! 🍪🩵

We had a blast at the Webb track meet hosting a “friendly competition” to see which school could show the most spirit through their custom-colored ice cream sammies. Webb pulled off the win, but we’ll give them the home-field advantage! 😉

Huge thanks to the sweetest 5th grade girls who helped us out behind the bike, and to the hungry high schoolers who stopped by after practice to boost the tally. Such a fun afternoon! 🚲
