I had the honor to make this beautiful tray of cookies for a fellow librarian who was passing on her excellent knowledge and skills to another person in the library! Shes a big fan of my cookies and I am always glad to see her at events!

‼️BLOOPER INCOMING‼️
You all have heard of half baked right but have you heard of half floured?! 😳😅 Well let me tell you I have a blooper for you all! In the depths of baking week for Cessna Fest I doubled batched Gingersnaps stuck it in the fridge to let them sit then put them in the sugar, upon investing why it was rather liquidity still and not set I realized that I ONLY put half the amount of flour in it. Mind you my moment of realization was when I already put 2 trays in the oven to bake.. 🤦‍♀️😅 the struggle to get them off the tray without pieces of cookie fly in every direction was a challenge! One of my baggers said I needed a jackhammer to get them off 😂 needless to say.. sleep was touch and go that week and now I am well rested and still laugh at the thought of the error!

I honestly thought I had posted about the day at Cessna Fest but I'm guessing dreamt it 😅

Anyways...

Cessna Fest was yet another fantastic event! Even though the weather made it a little soggy it was still a great turn out for everyone! Nothing beats an almost sell out day (I sold the rest after the event ☺️)! Does that still make it a sold out even? It does in my book! It also never fails that I buy things from at least 2 other vendors at events, suppor small businesses! ❤️ Until next time Cessna Fest, Kingman! 🍪🍁❤️

Look out cookie lovers! Snickerdoodle's popular sister is coming to town! This cookie is new to the group and smells like a fresh baked pumpkin roll coming out of the oven! Just like the snickerdoodles they are rolled in a pumpkin spice sugar before baking. I personally think it needs a more pumpkin but they are festive and delicious! You can find this cookie on my table this Saturday!🍁🍪
