Keg Box compressor shut off
last night at some point. 🫠
Good News is it back up and running
after some tinkering (defrost timer was stuck)
Bad News **there’s no Bad News **
Luckily there wasn’t much product loss, just a couple limes & white wine sangria.
Many of you may not know that the kegbox is about 70-80 years old by our guess, & has most of its original housing and parts.

My Nieghbor probably has a better history, but what I know is that we inherited it from The Rose Shop, which was built in the 60’s using the old Rialto Theater wall as one of it outer walls (meaning part of the building is from the 30’s).
But the markings and meat hooks indicate it’s older than that!
That’s all 2 say she has her issues from time to time, but that’s the price to have a still running piece of local history I guess.
So next time your in take a gander at her and the wall she sits on, & cut her some slack,
we all get old but let’s hope she never dies.
