And let me tell ya, we’re more excited than a kid who just heard The Ice Wagon comin’ down the road! 😂

We’re packin’ up the wagon, stockin’ up on all your favorite flavors, and gettin’ ready for one heck of a Saturday! 💙

Our October Flavor of the Month is comin’ along for the ride! Tart green apple water ice with ooey-gooey caramel drizzled all over it! If that don’t make your mouth water, you might wanna check your pulse! 🤤🤣

💙 PORTAGEVILLE, Y’ALL SURE KNOW HOW TO SHOW UP! 💙🍧

We wanna give a BIG ol’ thank you to everybody who came out and showed The Ice Wagon some love today at Main St. Madness! 🫶

Mother Nature apparently decided to turn the thermostat down a few notches and remind us that it IS October after all! 🍂😂

Now, it wasn’t exactly freezing, but it sure wasn’t the summertime weather we’ve been used to! And y’all STILL showed up ready for some WATER ICE! 👏🤣

Apparently, some of y’all believe frozen treats are a year-round commitment, and we RESPECT that kind of dedication! 😂🍧

💪 BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE ICE WAGON 💪

Meet our bestest helper, Caulier! 💙

He’s 4 years old, in Pre-K, and apparently somewhere between learning his ABCs and snack time, he’s also been hitting the gym😂💪

His official Ice Wagon job description includes:

* Quality control — somebody’s gotta taste the water ice 😋
* Window supervision 👀
* Looking cute in his Ice Wagon shirt 💙
* Flexing on the competition 💪😂
* And reminding Mom & Dad that he is, in fact, VERY STRONG.

He accepts payment in snacks, water ice, monster trucks, and compliments about his muscles. 😂

And before anybody comes at us — NO, our 4-year-old is not doing hard labor or actually serving the public. 🤦‍♀️😂 He’s hanging out with Mom & Dad, “helping” in age-appropriate ways, and getting to see what goes into the little family business he hears us talk about every single day.

But we ARE teaching him that things don’t magically appear. You work for what you have. You help when you can. You take pride in what you do. You treat people right. And you learn that hard work pays off.

We’re not trying to raise the world’s youngest water ice employee. 😂

We’re just trying our best to raise a decent little human being who isn’t afraid of a little hard work. 💙

And if he happens to grow up thinking Mom & Dad’s little Ice Wagon was pretty dang cool… well, we’ll take that too. 🥹

Employee of the Month: Caulier.
Every month. Mostly because firing him would make Thanksgiving awkward. 😂💪
