We will be closed today and maybe tomorrow as well. Our ice cream machine is running on hopes and prayers and while we have all the parts, our repair man had a medical emergency and hasn’t been able to make it out to fix it. We talked to a new repair company that hopes to be able to come fix by Friday, but we don’t want to risk running it on days we already know won’t be profitable, id rather save it’s last few hours of run time for a better weather day!
That wobbly wheel on the right means the bearing is shot and the wobble is eating up belt after belt! The circuit board is out on the left side so it won’t adjust the refrigeration temperature properly. Basically both sides need repairs that are above my ability. I can’t wait to finally get these repairs behind us so we can run both sides! Bring on the Chocolate, Dole Whip, Oreo, Fruity Pebbles soft serve!😍
Im so sorry to everyone that was planning a visit today. It’s a tough decision but I feel like it’s the right one in this situation🫶
