I still love this podcast episode that Gluten Free With Coral and I recorded YEARS ago, pretty soon after my husband's celiac diagnosis! With those years of supporting him behind me, I would probably still stand by most of this, and tweak a few things, but the underlying message still stands. If you are married to someone who eats gluten free, you should be their biggest support and advocate, EVEN if you don't eat gluten free yourself!
