Inspired by one of Paris’ most iconic pastries, our Saint-Honoré Cake features delicate layers of golden, flaky puff pastry paired with a silky vanilla pastry cream. It is crowned with handcrafted profiteroles filled with vanilla cream and finished with a crisp caramel glaze, creating the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and light textures.

This is one of the signature cakes that will be available in our new bakery. Our cake collection is inspired by the elegance and tradition of French pâtisserie, bringing the flavors, techniques, and charm of Paris to every creation.
