Every journey has a beginning…
And ours started with a dream.
A dream to bring our food, our culture, our flavor… to the streets of Kansas City.
But the truth is… we didn’t get here alone.
To everyone who pulled up when we were just getting started…
To everyone who bought that first plate…
To the ones who shared our posts, told their friends about us, brought their families, came back again and again…
You became part of our story.
There were days we questioned how far this dream could go.
Days when the line wasn’t long…
Days when the road felt uncertain…
Days when we had to remind ourselves why we started.
And then somebody would pull up.
Somebody would say, ‘We heard about you.’
Somebody would take that first bite and say, ‘This is GOOD.’
And suddenly… the dream felt a little bigger.
So if you’ve been with CREOLE KC FOOD TRUCK since the beginning…
This is for you.
You didn’t just support a food truck.
You supported a dream.
You helped us grow.
You helped us keep going.
You helped us become who we are today.
And every plate we serve carries a little piece of that journey.
From the first customer…
to the thousands still discovering us…
THANK YOU.
Thank you for believing.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for spreading the word.
Thank you for being part of the family.
Because when we look back at how far we’ve come…
we don’t just see a food truck.
We see the people.
We see the memories.
We see the love.
And we see a community that helped turn a dream…
into something real.
This journey isn’t over.
We’re just getting started.
And wherever this road takes us next…
we’ll never forget who helped us get here.
❤️🔥 CREOLE KC FOOD TRUCK
Thank you for being part of the journey.”
