Our Texas style brisket pick-up is this Saturday August 1 and the cutoff to order is tomorrow at 3pm so get your orders in! Link in bio. We have a half brisket for $85 and a whole brisket for $160. Pickup will be between 10am-12pm in Kaneohe and comes with homemade Texas red BBQ sauce. As always our local Hawaiin sisters and brothers and our military receive a discount, just let me know at checkout in the Add Note section when ordering and I’ll send a refund. Reminder that pre-order is up(link in bio) for half brisket and whole brisket pickup happening this Saturday August 1 in Kaneohe. We have native Hawaiian and military discounts for those that apply, just let us know in the ADD NOTE section when purchasing which apply and we will refund you after purchase. What we lack in customer quantity we more than make up for in quality. These kind words come courtesy of one of those quality customers that, like others, are pretty darn loyal, order regularly and are the kind of folks that make the hard work and long hours beyond worth it.

I’ve always believed it to be an honor and a privilege to be able to live in Hawai’i, not a right. I will always only see it as Hawai’i first. To honor that, local and native Hawaiian’s will always receive a discount when you buy anything from me as a way to say thank you and to show my respect to the people and traditions of this nation. Only 4 hours left to order for the 4th of July brisket pickup! And get this, we only have 4 left. 444 the mark of the feast! Click the link in our bio to place your order. $170 for a 6-8.5lb 16 hour slow smoked brisket. As best as you will find outside of Texas! If we sell out I’m refunding everyone who purchased a WHOLE brisket $10! So that’s $160! Not a bad price for about 18 hours of work that goes into it! 💪🔥🐂
