With deep sorrow and a heavy heart we will be closing our kitchen for the foreseeable future

I would first like to thank the wonderful team we built at Pesca, who were instrumental in Pesca receiving so many awards and being so popular! It was a pleasure working alongside such dedicated people. Thank you so much for believing in our concept and having unwavering faith and loyalty in our dream.

Most importantly, I want to thank you, the city of Bigfork and our loyal customers, who were the reason I loved going to work every day. Your acceptance of Pesca was extremely gratifying. Thank you for your loyal Patronage and keeping an open mind and an insatiable appetite for our new and creative ways of using Montana products in our dishes and drinks.

Are you excited that it is Thursday night? Why? Because Thursday night means fresh Oysters!!! Tonight we are serving Kumamoto Oysters from Humboldt CA, served with pickled shallots and red wine shaved ice. They are fresh and delicious. Come in from the cold and join us for a delicious dinner and our wonderful star of our Thursday night menu.

Its always such an amazing experience to be in the . But to not only be nominated but then go on to win awards. We are completely blown away and humbled. We are so grateful to be a part of this amazing community and can’t wait to keep bringing you new dishes, drinks, and dessert . And hopefully keep impressing you and bringing you back for more! Our first special with our new menu is our ceviche of the week. This bright Mahi mahi ceviche a reminder of summer. Cured in lime juice and orange juice with delicious grilled pineapple, jicama, poblano peppers, Red onion, cilantro and then finished with pineapple juice. It will be the last summer ceviche of the year!

And with just a swipe you can see our second special it is our soup of the day a Spanish beef stew. Savory New York steak bites, carrots, potatoes, roasted poblanos, and our beef stock reduced down to a warm stew of yummy 😋 come in to get yours today!

It’s spooky season and the wait is over on our fall menu! We’re excited to host you and can’t wait to show you all the amazing new dishes we have in store. Swipe to see our new delicious menu and keep swiping to see the second amazing new salad!

Our second new fall salad is a
Hydroponics red oak lettuce and frisee salads topped with Turkish Figs and Granny Smith apples than finished with toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola crumbles, and a Fig balsamic vinaigrette.

The menu is going to be joined by a new dish that includes Whole roasted Cuban seasoned branzini with a side of Mediterranean orzo. It’s full of Artichokes, roasted red bells, olives and feta cheese. And is sure please you with its wonderful Cuban/Mediterranean fusion of flavors.

We are so excited to share one of our new appetizers for our fall menu.
A tempting Sweet sesame lamb lettuce tacos. With shredded carrots, peanuts, Sriracha aioli, daikon sprouts and cilantro. Order it for a special this weekend to start off a great meal!
