Somewhere between construction dust, paint samples, and very long days… we keep finding ourselves daydreaming about warm summer nights in Bishop. Midweek evenings with local families gathered outside, little kids celebrating birthdays with ice cream covered faces, and longtime locals sharing stories about back when the space was still a Baskin Robbins. That kind of nostalgia feels really special to step into.
We just want to say how genuinely excited we are to be joining the Bishop community. Every person we’ve met along the way has been incredibly encouraging, welcoming, and enthusiastic, and honestly, it’s adding a little extra fuel to our very tired tank these days. If all continues to go smoothly, we’ll be scooping ice cream for you very soon.
Wish we could have made it for but look how far we’ve come in 20 days!
