Three years of keeping Wild Olive moving. 👏
Rodriquez and Kavares are celebrating their 3-year anniversary with us, and this one deserves some recognition.
The dish station is one of those places most guests never see, but the entire restaurant depends on it. Every pan, plate, glass, and piece of cookware moves through there again and again during service. When that station runs well, everything else can run well too.
It’s demanding work, it takes consistency, and it’s far too easy to overlook.
Rodriquez and Kavares, thank you for three years of showing up, working hard, and helping keep this whole place moving. We appreciate you both more than you know. ❤️
