Business Manager
Iron Horse Sports Grille & Mamasitas Mexican Restaurant

Iron Horse Sports Grille and Mamasitas Mexican Restaurant are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Business Manager to oversee administrative and operational functions for both restaurants.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in finding solutions. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized under pressure, and help us continue growing our businesses.
Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
* Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Assist with payroll processing and employee records
* Prepare financial reports and monitor business performance
* Manage vendor accounts and ensure bills are paid timely
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Restaurant Operations
* Assist ownership with daily operational oversight
* Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate ordering
* Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain product availability
* Review food, labor, and operating costs
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
* Assist with implementing systems and procedures to improve profitability
Team Support
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork
* Help maintain employee schedules and staffing records
* Support managers and staff with operational needs
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Reporting & Technology
* Generate and analyze reports from Toast POS
* Monitor sales trends, labor costs, and key performance indicators
* Assist with menu updates, pricing changes, and system maintenance
* Maintain accurate business records and databases
Marketing & Community Engagement
* Assist with social media scheduling and promotions
* Help coordinate restaurant events, watch parties, specials, and community activities
* Maintain consistency in branding and customer communication
Qualifications
* QuickBooks experience required
* Toast POS experience strongly preferred
* Previous bookkeeping, office management, restaurant management, or business administration experience preferred
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Detail-oriented and dependable
* Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation
