THE BOO IS OUT OF THE BAG! 👻🥩🔥

Meet BEEF BOO-LGOGI (Bulgogi), our October special, and she's bringing a whole lotta flavor to spooky season. 🎃

We're talking tender ribeye & sirloin marinated in a sweet, savory, garlicky Korean-inspired bulgogi marinade, tucked inside our scratch-made pierogis and cooked to golden perfection.

But we don't stop there. 🤭

A generous drizzle of our creamy gochujang sauce brings rich, velvety goodness with a little sweet heat. Then comes a bright, tangy crunch with just the right amount of funk from fresh, locally made kimchi by our friends at River & Seoul, finished with scallions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

And because we couldn't possibly leave well enough alone, we're serving these bad boys over a bed of savory veggie fried rice, ready to soak up all that saucy goodness.

Meet the Maple Sage Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast rogi officially. 🍳🥟✨

We’ve been wanting to give this one the proper introduction it deserves because, besides being one of our favorite things we’ve made lately, she’s also a little love letter to local. 🧡

Inside our signature scratch-made dough you’ll find: local eggs from , maple-sage sausage from , and a 3-year-aged gouda from . We wrap ’em up, then you can choose pan-seared in Kerrygold butter or deep-fried in avocado oil.
And because apparently stuffing breakfast inside a pierogi wasn’t enough, we finish the plate with a locally made picante sauce from and a side of our house-made hot honey maple syrup.
Sweet, savory, cheesy, a little spicy, and very much worth getting out of bed for.
We make these in seriously small batches, with only about 60–70 pierogis coming out of each one, so when they’re gone, they’re gone. We’ll have a fresh batch waiting at the Neptune Beach Farmers Market at Neptune Beach Elementary School tomorrow. 🌈💚✨

Just your reminder that 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 exists btw!🤏🏻🥟✨

Our September special, the 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐮 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐝: tender pulled chicken tossed in smoky-sweet hickory BBQ with sautéed onions, mozzarella & parmesan, all tucked inside our scratch-made pierogis. Then we hit it with more of the good stuff: cool, creamy bleu cheese dressing, another glossy drizzle of BBQ, crispy bacon & fresh scallions.

Smoky. Tangy. Salty. A little sweet. They taste as good as they look, and you’ll be missing them as soon as they’re gone.

She’s only here for September, so here’s your sign to make weekend plans. 🫡

September's Menu is looking extra delicious!🍂🥟

This month’s special, 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐵𝐵𝑄 𝐵𝑎𝑐𝑜𝑛 𝐵𝑙𝑒𝑢 𝐵𝑖𝑟𝑑, truly is special to me. It was inspired by a pizza I used to get with my sister back home, and it brings me right back to cozy movie nights in with some of the people I love most in this world. I’ve been missing her a little extra lately, and fall is her favorite season, so this one’s for you, Sarah. 🧡

We’re super excited and gearing up for the coming months because honestly, what is better than a hot, fresh, cozy, delicious plate of scratch-made, small-batch pierogis in a nice fall breeze?

The answer is... not much.

BEST BITE OF THE 2026 TASTE OF NACE!!!

Wow... We wanted to take a moment to express our utmost gratitude to the wonderful organizers of the Taste of Nace event last night, as well as to each and every guest who gave us a try and then proceeded to vote for us! Thank you!

This was our first ever award and it truly came as a surprise. It was such an honor to have the opportunity to feed so many people and be a part of such a great cause, with a portion of all of the tickets going to Feeding NEFL!

We deeply appreciate every single one of the people that support us. Special thanks to our friends over at McKarls who have always been in our corner and for also being a big factor for us being able to attend this very special event. Also big Congratulations to them as well for winning Best Display!

Our hearts are so full. All of our hard work feels so seen... and tasted lol. We can't wait to keep doing what we love. Thank you all for continuing to make it possible.

Here’s to being brave!🙈😅 Yall better listen to Sarah & be nice to me because this is entirely out of my comfort zone!!😂

I just would really love for yall to come party with us & enjoy all the delicious things that we have been working SO hard on behind the scenes, while still keeping up with our usual every day demand! Each and every thing we put on the plate is handmade by us, using quality & local ingredients found right here in jax. It’s been a challenging few weeks but it’ll be all the more worthwhile with the more of yall that join us. Come taste the difference local makes🫶🏻🥟🎊🧂🎉
