One year ago today, we got up like any normal day but closed to do a deep clean. Little did we know what was to come. It was also the day that people in our industry wait for. It’s like leap year and only comes around every four years…the day Monthlyeted BBQ List drops. To our surprise we were named one of the next best which means top 100. Out of over the 3,000+ joints, your little hometown bbq spot in the East Texas woods was honored. It’s been a wild year with many mountains and valleys. Thanks to everyone who continues to support us each and every day and to all the new guests who are willing to take the drive on 79 to drop by. To God Be the Glory!
