Picture a shipping container with 500 bags of coffee inside. One of them is from the island. That's the entire country's share. Every farm, every harvest.

So Dominican coffee is rare by default. But rare isn't the point. We're after the lots that can stand next to any origin in the world, sourced direct from Spirit Mountain in Jarabacoa and roasted here in New York.
