COLOMBIA MONTEBLANCO BLUEBERRY CO-FERMENT☕️
This is not your everyday Colombian coffee.

Together, they create a bright, full-bodied, layered cup—almost reminiscent of a well-made dessert w**e.
During fermentation, microorganisms influence the development of flavor compounds in coffee.
With co-fermentation, the fermentation environment is intentionally manipulated to help develop specific sensory characteristics.
For this coffee, that contributes to its pronounced berry, tropical fruit, and floral notes.
