👀Read to the end! 👀

We are winding down the trailer season, but plan to stop in all our usual towns once, if not twice, by the end of October! Watch for these posts! 👀

With that in mind, we are thinking ahead for you! Our loyal customers, facing the long winter months ahead without your faves! 😭 Many of you have asked if you can buy our bases by the gallon. For the longest time it was, No. Well, now it's YES! 🎉

I am excited to offer any base by the gallon! This is a local special, offered by the Pella storefront and the Indianola trailer locations only.

🗓Buckets must be pre-ordered and pre-paid

📩Email [email protected] to order

🚚We will bring your bucket(s) with us the next time we are scheduled to be serving in your town.

Love😍, share↪️, tag@ this post for a chance to win a Big Acai soft t-shirt! I will announce the winner next Wednesday morning!

Our ankles are swollen, our hands are sore and our backs ache. But our hearts are full. We saw many many regular store/trailer customers come thru the line and when I say that makes me smile, you have no idea! You're at the ISF, with over 200 food vendors and you choose us. That's amazing. 🫶

Danger from Nash FM 97.3 came thru for some lunch on the last day. I know he'd rather of had cold one, but this cool, refreshing açai bowl was the next best thing and the smile on his face says it all. Thanks for letting us serve you Danger!

Thank you, Iowa. You're amazing and you showed up BIG at Big Açaí and for that we are grateful 🙏.

The Iowa State Fair is known for iconic food items such as corndogs, funnel cake, and cookies, but in a sea of deep-fried items, some people want to seek out healthier alternatives. Story🔗below.
