❤️ **A PERSONAL NOTE FROM KP, THE BAGEL MAN:**

I'm from Florida, and after living through many hurricanes over 40 years, I know what the people in Destin and surrounding communities are going through. Our thoughts are with everyone affected. We hope you stay safe and get your power restored quickly!

Here in NC, the roads were clear on my 4 AM drive in, with no flooding that I encountered. Please stay cautious as conditions can change.

We just want to take a minute to say **THANK YOU** to everyone who makes the drive to visit BagelGram NC! 🥯💙

We’re conveniently located about **1 minute off the bypass, 2 minutes from Independence Blvd., and 2 minutes south of I-485** — and just a short trip north from Monroe.

We see so many of you coming from **Stallings, Mint Hill, Matthews, Wesley Chapel, Weddington, Monroe, Mineral Springs, Waxhaw, Fairview** and all around Union County and the Charlotte area. We truly appreciate every one of you who makes the trip.

We have a fun fall adoption event happening next Saturday October 10th in Hemby Bridge hosted by Hillcrest Pharmacy!

🚨 **NEW SATURDAY MORNING LINE & PICKUP SYSTEM** 🚨

We want to give everyone a heads-up about a change we’ll be making on **Saturday mornings beginning this weekend.**

Our Saturdays have become extremely busy, and the county is aware that during our busiest periods we have recently had **more people inside the store than the space is designed to comfortably accommodate.**

We’ve been advised to better control the number of customers inside at one time, so beginning Saturday, **our waiting line will be OUTSIDE instead of inside the store.**

We’ll allow a few customers inside to look over the menu and a few customers at the counter to place their orders. As space opens up, we’ll invite the next person or group inside.

➡️ **So if you pull in Saturday morning and see people standing outside, PLEASE DON’T BE DISCOURAGED!**

That is now where the line is supposed to be. Weather permitting.

It does NOT necessarily mean the wait is extremely long.

Our goal is to allow approximately **3 minutes per customer or group to come inside and place their order.** We’ll keep bringing people in and moving the ordering line as quickly as possible.

Once your order is placed, your actual **kitchen ticket time may range from approximately 5–20 minutes**, depending on what you ordered and how large the order is.
